About the Job:

As a Scaffolding Engineer with Morson Talent, you will be working in Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth, supporting our clients with expert scaffolding services.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly skilled and physically fit individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a CISRS Level 2 Scaffolding Qualification and NPORS N402 Slinger/Signaller certification (desirable but not essential).

You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient construction of scaffolding systems, complying with company PPE standards and health and safety regulations.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
  • Opportunities for shift work and overtime (not guaranteed)
  • Full SC security clearance
  • A 24-month initial contract

Requirements:

  • CISRS Level 2 Scaffolding Qualification
  • NPORS N402 Slinger/Signaller (desirable)

Work Arrangements:

The standard working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (07:30-15:30) and Friday (07:30-12:30). However, shift work and overtime may be required, although this is not guaranteed.
