About the Role

iSoftStone is seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant to join our team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Microsoft Dynamics solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
  • Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions that meet client needs.
  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics applications to align with business processes.
  • Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices for using Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the solution.
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Functional Consultant with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and functional design.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX, NAV, or other Dynamics applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics applications.
  • Project management skills with experience in leading complex projects.
