Establishing a strong presence as the Family Service Director at LANGTON N4P Charity, you will oversee the management of our residential family assessment centre in Tooting. Reporting directly to the Deputy Director, your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our services.

A key aspect of this role is leading and supporting a team of professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to families in need. This includes ensuring high standards of social work practice, facilitating staff discussions, and guiding the development of our services.

In terms of responsibilities, you will be expected to take overall ownership of assessments, including reviewing court papers, planning, and reviewing assessments. You will also provide guidance and support to Keyworkers in compiling reports and presenting evidence in court.

We are seeking an experienced and qualified social worker with a proven track record of leadership and management. If you have successfully led teams, managed high-pressure environments, and possess excellent time management skills, we encourage you to apply.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.
