About the Role

GreenSquareAccord is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Women's Justice Practitioner to join our team. As a Specialist Women's Justice Practitioner, you will be part of a small team delivering a specifically designed programme of support to women involved in the Criminal Justice System.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the complex needs of women in the Criminal Justice System and be able to provide holistic support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering the Springboard programme to meet the needs of women and help them build the skills to move away from a life of crime
  • Facilitating discussions and activities in a group setting to promote and deliver the programme
  • Providing one-to-one support where deemed appropriate

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of women and has a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
