About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at IDT Corporation. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough testing of our mobile application, including manual and backend testing, to ensure quality assurance of the software.
  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases to identify and resolve issues.
  • Review automation regression results on a regular basis to ensure the highest level of quality.
  • Collaborate closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, and communicate with stakeholders regarding release readiness.
  • Conduct post-release testing and monitoring to ensure the application meets our quality standards.
  • Review negative client feedback and investigate issues to improve our product.
  • Coordinate the work of other QA team members to ensure seamless execution of testing tasks.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in manual mobile and backend testing.
  • Expertise in testing fundamentals, test design techniques, and testing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using testing tools such as Android Studio, Charles, Postman, and Jira.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Good level of English - B2 or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in automation testing.
  • Experience in performance and load testing.
