Technical Service Delivery Manager

The Technical Service Delivery Manager at Daisy Group will oversee the delivery of IT services to our employees. This role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT team in delivering high-quality technical services.
- Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure effective ticket resolution.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Work closely with the IT team leader and 3rd line team to escalate critical issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Expertise in Windows 10/11 OS.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a senior IT role.
- Relevant IT qualifications or Microsoft certifications (especially M365 solutions).
- Familiarity with M365 deployment and troubleshooting.
