A leading chartered accountancy practice is seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Senior to join their team in Plymouth. As an Audit and Accounts Senior, you will play a key role in delivering audit, accounts, and wider accountancy services to corporate clients across various sectors and turnovers.

About the Firm

The firm is a well-established and respected name in the South West, with a reputation for delivering high-quality services to its clients. They offer a structured route to progress, providing opportunities for career advancement and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified, either newly/recently qualified or with up to one to two years of post-qualified experience, having developed their career to around Audit and Accounts Senior levels. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of audit and mixed audit/accounts & wider services delivery, as well as the ability to work effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Audit and Accounts Senior, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the delivery of audit, accounts, and wider accountancy services to corporate clients across various sectors and turnovers.
  • Taking on increasing responsibility and autonomy for managing client relationships and delivering projects.
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in audit and accounting.
Salary and Benefits

The firm offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
