We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our finance team in Maidstone, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, and will be able to develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability and compliance with tax laws.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
