Sales Development Manager

Acorn by Synergie Careers is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join their client, a leading manufacturing business in the UK. As part of the European Business Team, you will focus on supporting the management and development of sales for designated customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage new product development (NPD) processes, including creating project schedules and internal documentation.
- Coordinate artwork production, attend first production runs, and prepare customer samples.
- Translate customer communication into English.
- Attend weekly cross-functional meetings to provide updates and highlight potential issues.
- Manage new customer account administration and maintain customer price files.
To be successful in this role, you must have knowledge of the manufacturing process, strong project leadership skills, and fluency in German.
