Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Trade Assistant to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. As a Trade Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Local convenience stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Replenish stock and maintain a high level of product availability
  • Check dates across fresh produce and grocery products to ensure quality and freshness
  • Unload deliveries and assist with stockroom organization
  • Provide excellent customer service on tills and throughout the store
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be able to lift and move stock, and be comfortable using technology as part of our role.
