Role Overview

A National Account Manager is required to lead the execution of customer business plans and drive growth within a leading branded food manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Planning: Develop and execute customer business plans to achieve and exceed annual targets.
  • Category Insight: Utilize category and consumer insight to inform business decisions and drive key business targets.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a broad portfolio of branded products, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Stakeholder Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to develop, manage, and execute Joint Business Plans.
  • Promotional Strategy: Own the promotional strategy, bringing together all brands across categories to deliver the best offer for the customer, consumer, and business.
About the Role

This is a key role within the wider commercial sales team, requiring a National Account Manager who has experience of managing a national Top 4 retailer within a blue-chip FMCG organization.

We're looking for someone who can maintain and improve business relationships, formulate and review detailed business plans, and drive results. The successful candidate will be focused on getting results, embracing learning, and bringing positive energy to the team.
