About the Role

This is an exciting chance to join a well-established, family-owned business with over 50 years of continued success. As a Senior Field Service Engineer - Compaction Equipment Specialist, you will be working hands-on with compaction equipment, handling breakdowns, servicing, and maintenance across the M4 Corridor. The position offers excellent overtime opportunities, with occasional weekend work, allowing you to significantly boost your earnings and achieve a competitive OTE.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Service, maintenance, and repairs on equipment across the M4 Corridor
  • Weekend and out-of-hours work to boost OTE
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Welder/Fabricator background, seeking a field service engineer role
  • UK Driving License, based near the M4 Corridor (Reading, Swindon, Bristol)
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 (OTE) + Training + Progression + Company Van + Paid Travel + Huge Overtime Earning Potential + Holiday + Pension.
