Job Description

As Audit and Compliance Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting
  2. Leading audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement
  3. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  4. Fostering a collaborative team environment and providing guidance and support to colleagues
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of management experience as an Auditor
  • Training at a global accounting firm (Big 4/Top 25 preferred)
  • Clear passion for the NGO sector demonstrated through fundraising, volunteering experience, or similar
  • Additional language skills beyond English (French, German, Spanish, and Arabic) are highly valued; visa and relocation funded for candidates who bring these extra language skills
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including a flexible office culture with options for remote work and a great work-life balance.
