The Opportunity

Millbank Holdings is currently recruiting for a Principal EC&I Engineer to join our Nuclear Power and Engineering Technical Services (NPETS) business. NPETS is entering an exciting phase of opportunity, supporting our key client's UK nuclear fleet through a business transformation, and supporting new small modular reactor developers as they prepare for deployment in the UK and internationally.

Our work varies, covering New Build, Generation, Life Extension, and Defueling, and our capabilities are in demand across the nuclear sector. The role requires strong communication and engagement skills to achieve client, people, and business outcomes, working with your team and peers based in different locations across the UK.

Your Role

As a Principal EC&I Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of engineers, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build effective relationships and achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of engineers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Principal EC&I Engineer or similar role in the nuclear sector.
• Strong communication and engagement skills to achieve client, people, and business outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
