Join Henry Martin Group as a key member of our team and take on a challenging role as an Assistant Construction Manager. We are partnered with a strong Residential Main Contractor to source a skilled professional to oversee the construction of a large residential development in Central London.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the residential development project
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
* Oversee the RC frame package and sub-contractor
* Monitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure the project meets specifications
* Assist in managing project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
* Help to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on the construction site
* Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records
* Assist in coordinating and managing the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site

**Requirements:**

* Experience as an ASM/SM from the piling stage or have looked after the RC frame packages
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Proficiency in Project Plus or View Point is a plus
