Cyrenians is seeking an experienced trainer and facilitator to join our team as a Learning Facilitator Specialist. This role will play a crucial part in the development and delivery of workshops and events, both online and in-person, to support the growth and reach of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging workshops and events that cater to diverse audiences.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of our digital resources, ensuring they are informative, accessible, and user-friendly.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with family support services, schools, and other organizations to foster collaboration and mutual support.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of our work, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for improving relationships and lives of young people and families. As a Learning Facilitator Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support services that meet the needs of our clients.

You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Your experience in training and facilitation, combined with your creativity and enthusiasm, will make you an excellent fit for this role.
