We're looking for a skilled Head Culinary Professional to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland in Northern Ireland.

Job Description

  • As a Head Culinary Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring that high-quality food is prepared and served to our clients and customers
  • You'll work closely with our team to identify opportunities to improve our food services and develop innovative solutions to drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive brand image by representing Compass Group UK & Ireland in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

  • Candidates must hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification in culinary arts
  • Proven experience in supervising a team and managing kitchen operations
  • Familiarity with food hygiene regulations and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • A flexible approach to working hours and willingness to work on weekends and holidays as required
