**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide financial planning advice to clients, including investment management and retirement planning
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals
* Convert business opportunities into new clients and revenue streams
* Work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

**Requirements**

* Level 4 Diploma qualified Financial Advisor with CAS status for financial planning advice
* Proven track record in converting business opportunities into new clients and revenue streams
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary of £50,000 - £75,000 subject to experience and qualifications
* Comprehensive back office support, including specialist administrators and paraplanners
* Opportunities for training and development, including support towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner
* Flexible working arrangements, including home-based role and use of regional offices
