Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years' experience working in an operational HR capacity.
  • CIPD qualification or a minimum of three years' experience.
  • Confident and demonstrable understanding of employment law.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
