**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic procurement advice to clients across various sectors, including construction, property, transport, and more.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet client needs
  • Manage end-to-end procurement services, including tender preparation and contract award
  • Provide specialist procurement advice to clients, including contract drafting and negotiation
  • Support the development of procurement services and contribute to business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver procurement solutions

**Requirements:**

  • Strong background in procurement, including strategy development and tender preparation
  • Experience in providing specialist procurement advice to clients
  • Contract management and negotiation skills
  • Public and/or Utilities Contract Regulations procurement experience
  • Contract drafting and negotiation skills

**Qualifications:**

  • BSc in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, Supply Chain, or Procurement
  • MCIPS certification preferred
