Occupational Health Physician Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated Occupational Health Physician to join a forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Wellbeing team at OH Talent Solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service and play a key role in the ongoing development of the company and service provision to clients.

The role will involve undertaking a range of services including weekly clinics providing Complex Case Management, Sickness Absence Management, Health Surveillance, Ill-Health Retirement / Pensions, Safety Critical Work Medicals & Pre-Employment Assessments. The successful candidate will report directly to the Medical Director and assist in shaping the service provision for the future. Key responsibilities will include improving quality and safety standards, delivery of targets, service modernisation, and working as an independent & autonomous Occupational Health Physician. The ideal candidate will be a good team player with effective communication & relationship building skills, and a valid Full UK driving licence. Key Responsibilities:
