Job Overview

As a Trainer for Healthcare Professionals at Fairlie Healthcare Group, you will play a key role in developing and delivering clinical training programs that equip our healthcare professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. They will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Position:

  • To design and deliver clinical training programs that meet the needs of our healthcare professionals.
  • To collaborate with our Director of Clinical Services and Learning & Development Manager to review, develop and implement competency documents relating to clinical competencies and clinical training pathways.
  • To ensure our clinical staff are trained, skilled and competent to provide high-quality care in relation to their delegated tasks and other health needs of the individuals we support.

Responsibilities:

  • To assess the clinical expertise of our staff and identify areas for development.
  • To implement strategies to improve the clinical expertise of our staff.
  • To maintain accurate records of staff training and competence.
