Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Director to lead our Major Programmes team in delivering accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans for projects and programmes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the production of estimates and cost plans for major programmes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and promote estimating good practice within Turner & Townsend, contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives.
  • Staying abreast of developments within the estimating field, providing guidance to staff as required.
  • Work with Directors to construct bids for new work, identifying cross-selling opportunities and developing new business relationships.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Highly experienced estimator or quantity surveyor with a strong track record of success in major programme delivery.
  • Proven experience working with estimating software packages and leading teams.
  • RICS / CIOB membership desirable.
  • Experience of working on major programmes and projects in the infrastructure sector.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including flexible working, professional development opportunities and a generous pension scheme.
