About the Role:

Gallagher, a leading insurance brokerage, is seeking a Product Governance Analyst to join its UK Retail Division. This vital role will ensure the company's products and services adhere to the highest standards of customer protection and regulatory compliance.

The Product Governance Analyst will be responsible for analysing and assessing the product portfolio, identifying potential risks, and implementing measures to mitigate those risks. This includes conducting comprehensive analysis of the product portfolio, working with the Product Governance team to ensure business units are compliant, and assisting with the identification and implementation of Product Governance controls.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in product governance, compliance, or a similar role within the UK insurance market. They will possess in-depth knowledge of customer duty of care regulations and their application in the insurance industry, as well as analytical skills to assess complex information and identify potential risks.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, and Product Development, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also develop and implement product governance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to Consumer Duty regulations.
