Clearance Surveyor

A strong understanding of asbestos management practices is required for this role, which involves working with various stakeholders to ensure safe working environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out four-stage clearances and submitting comprehensive reports for various tests including background, leak, reassurance, clearance, personal, and smoke testing
• Developing detailed reports that meet industry standards and regulations
• Maintaining and calibrating equipment to the specified level in HSG 264
• Recording accurate data and conducting thorough site walkthroughs and survey plans
• Checking that all locations are photographed and photographs are stored

This position offers a competitive salary of up to £31,000 per annum, dependent on experience and location, with a 40-hour workweek and overtime opportunities.
