Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide vital support to students with special educational needs in an inspiring SEN setting. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that students' individualised needs are met, promoting inclusion and independence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with teachers to create a personalized learning experience, aligning with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
  2. Provide individualised support to students with PMLD, Autism, and SEMH needs, promoting positive attitudes towards education.
  3. Develop strong relationships with students, fostering confidence and participation in the classroom environment.
  4. Promote student-centred approaches, empowering students to achieve their goals.
