Job Title: Senior Architectural Designer

Job Description

Anderselite LTD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-sector design and technical delivery, with a strong background in Education, Defence, and Health sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Bristol Studio Architectural Management team to develop and nurture the Architectural capability within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Becoming integral to the multi-sector design offer, working closely with other disciplines to develop and secure key opportunities.
• Assisting with bidding opportunities in the sector in the UK and overseas.
• Developing the Architecture brand in the region, principally through quality of delivery and design.
• Supporting the development of design quality within the business.
• Supporting the development of the volume of work won and successfully delivered.
• Engaging in developing design talent and performance within the business.
• Supporting the Architectural Management team in growing the business and meeting financial targets.

Requirements:

• A professionally qualified Architect with recognised experience of Multi-Sector Design and technical delivery.
• Experience of relevant design standards for Education, Defence, and Health sectors.
• A background of process and delivery for projects working within successful developed systems based on key principles of evidence-based design.
• The ability to direct teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, efficiency, and quality.
• A people person and a good communicator with both clients and professional delivery staff.
• Capable of working without direct supervision and be competitive and ambitious in nature.
• ARB Registered and preferably RIBA Chartered.
• Good experience in the use of REVIT.
