The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at our Cheltenham concession store with NEXT. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Drive sales growth through effective product knowledge, promotions, and visual merchandising.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and welcoming shopping environment.
