Lettings Negotiator Opportunity in Manchester

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, conducting viewings, and negotiating rental agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek new business opportunities and build relationships with clients
  • Conduct viewings and provide feedback to landlords and tenants
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements
  • Manage the tenancy process from start to finish, including referencing, contract signing, and inventory checks
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients, both landlords and tenants

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable (1 year with an estate agent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of the local property market is desirable
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car is essential
