About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor to join our Regulatory Department in Cardiff. As a Solicitor in this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of regulatory and criminal law cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting prosecutions for the Government, local authorities, and other regulatory bodies
  • Providing advice to businesses of all sizes on regulatory matters
  • Handling professional regulation matters, including professional misconduct cases
  • Advising tribunals and dealing with contentious alcohol licensing issues
Requirements
  • 3-10 years of PQE
  • Strong court advocacy skills
  • Specialist knowledge in areas such as conducting prosecutions, providing criminal law training, offering regulatory advice, and handling professional misconduct cases
