Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Transformation Project Manager to join our client, a growing business in the commercial sector. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project management from concept to completion, ensuring successful delivery and change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage identified transformation projects, developing and agreeing the delivery and change plan with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to agreed quality parameters.
- Manage variance, reporting status through relevant programme management/steering groups, and ensure the budget is not exceeded.
- Utilize project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes, including risk management and mitigation.
- Proactively identify and tackle challenges that may prevent the delivery of business benefits in transformation projects.
- Prepare and present reports on project deployment effectiveness to senior leadership.
- Define and report against metrics for success, ensuring change is on track.
Requirements:
- Experience in the commercial sector, delivering business transformation programs that enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and commercial success.
- Proven track record in delivering large (>£1m budget) multi-disciplinary projects from development, delivering change, and embedding into business as usual.
