We are seeking an experienced Cloud Success Manager to join our team at CloudZone, a leading provider of cloud services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic accounts, focusing on driving growth for CloudZone and providing an exceptional experience for key customers.

Your primary objective will be to build deep, meaningful relationships with clients, leveraging your knowledge of their industry, business, and technical landscape to deliver value and help them maximize the potential of CloudZone's cloud services. This includes identifying new business opportunities, improving customer efficiency and growth, and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, and engage in satisfaction surveys and NPS to continually enhance service quality. Additionally, you will participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and deliver comprehensive reports on quarterly customer engagement and results.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer success, ideally within SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS. A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is required. You must also have demonstrated experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and possess strong technical acumen to effectively interact with technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be able to drive value and deliver exceptional customer experiences, with a strong ability to communicate effectively across various professional personalities and contexts. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per year, plus bonuses based on performance.
