We are seeking a Nursing Home Team Lead to join our team at Norse Group in Watton. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our care team and ensuring that we deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

**Compensation Package:** Our compensation package includes a competitive salary of £14.25 per hour (days) + enhancements + paid sickness scheme, equivalent to approximately £28,905 per year, based on 36 hours per week. We also offer a great reward package, including weekend working enhancements.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with colleagues, community health and social care professionals, and home managers. Your leadership skills will enable you to motivate and support staff in providing high-quality, person-centred care.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exemplary care and has previous experience in a similar role, such as care, supported housing, or health settings.
