Clinical Medication Specialist

We are seeking a Clinical Medication Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications by patients. Your expertise in pharmacology and pharmacy regulations will be essential in optimizing patient medication therapy and outcomes. You will work collaboratively with healthcare providers to provide high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely, adhering to regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy and outcomes.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring medication supplies.
- Provide immunizations, health screenings, and other pharmacy services as needed.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- State licensure as a pharmacist.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and pharmacy regulations.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
