About the Role:

We are seeking a team of skilled Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers to join our client's team on a permanent basis. As a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer, you will play a vital role in carrying out installations for high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate the ability to work independently.
  • Ensure all maintenance works are carried out to a high standard, demonstrating general competence and organisational ability.
  • Work efficiently and economically, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Identify and report Health & Safety hazards to the Supervisor or Line Manager.
  • Complete all company and customer documents in-depth for each job allocated and works order on customer systems.
  • Comply with the company's Health & Safety, Environmental, and ISO processes and procedures.
  • Professionally promote the company's image.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in engineering and a willingness to train and gain experience.
  • Possess a Full Driving Licence.
  • Supermarket experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ideal but not essential: Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (City & Guilds).
