  • Salary: £24,000 - £34,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Shift Pattern: Morning and afternoon shifts
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and load components onto machines to measure key features such as size, roundness, cylindricity, concentricity, and squareness.
  • Compare measurement results to customer specifications to ensure product quality.
  • Operate Mitutoyo CMM and Jenoptik Contracer machines.
  • Manage and export SPC Measurelink files.
  • Perform detailed inspections and document findings.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
  • Follow health & safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, standards, and surface finishes.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience with Mitutoyo CMM measurement systems.
  • Familiarity with MCOSMOS software.
  • Experience working in a QA AS9100-compliant environment.
