About the Company: Miller Group Global Limited is a leading hospitality company with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service and quality. We are currently seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to join our team at our new hotel in Belfast.

Job Description:

We are recruiting a skilled F&B Operations Manager to lead our food and beverage operations at our hotel in Belfast. As F&B Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our restaurants, bars, and room service operations. Your key duties will include managing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience. You will work closely with our chefs, event coordinators, and other department heads to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation of annual departmental operating budgets and financial plans
  • Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on food, beverage, and labour costs
  • Provide clear business plans for Food & Beverage in conjunction with Outlet Managers for Yearly Revenue and Marketing Plan
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless transfer of information takes place


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs


Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you will also be entitled to a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid vacation time. About the Location: Belfast is a vibrant city with a rich history and culture. Our hotel is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of many local attractions and amenities. The estimated salary for this role in Belfast is around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
