Environmental Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Consultant to join our pioneering journey at Ramboll. As a key member of our Compliance, Strategy & Transactions (CST) Team, you will play a crucial role in providing environmental compliance and permitting support to national and multi-national clients.
Your Key Responsibilities- Lead projects with confidence, overseeing the successful setup and execution of permitting, environmental compliance, and management systems projects within Ramboll's framework.
- Conduct comprehensive environmental audits, support large-scale multinational audit programs, and stay up-to-date with UK regulatory requirements.
- Utilize expertise in environmental permitting and Best Available Techniques (BAT) to evaluate risks and devise effective mitigation strategies, facilitating knowledge exchange within our European network.
- Drive industrial growth and energy transition projects, utilizing your environmental risk mitigation skills to effectively manage sustainability challenges, including those related to energy transition and resource efficiency.
- Lead the creation of detailed reports and proposals, maintain consistent client communication, and cultivate strong partnerships for project success.
We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of the environmental regulatory regime applied across the UK and experience in auditing and compliance assessment processes. You should possess excellent report writing skills, project management experience, and the ability to identify environmental risks and liabilities.
