About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to join our team at EC Resourcing. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Health and Safety officer, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of equipment, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
  • Support the on-site activities of our business, including moving between departments as needed.
  • Maintain stockroom inventory and ensure stock levels are organized and up-to-date.
  • Perform various tasks to support the overall efficiency of our facilities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a hospital or clean room environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair.
