We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our production operations team at our Birmingham site. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating shift activities to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a team leader or supervisor within electrical, electronic or mechanical manufacture/assembly and possess strong organizational and communicative skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of production plans, coordinating with management to allocate resources, and ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate shift activities to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
  • Coordinate with management to allocate resources and prioritize tasks
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and guidelines

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proactively lead the team and understand deadlines and quality requirements
  • Strong organizational and communicative skills
  • Mechanical assembly experience and electrical knowledge

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum
