Multiskilled Tradesperson

Fortress Maintenance is seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team in Lincolnshire. As a Multiskilled Tradesperson, you will be responsible for conducting initial surveys of residential properties to identify and treat damp and mould issues.

• Conduct thorough surveys of properties to identify signs of damp and mould
• Treat affected areas with the necessary materials and techniques
• Re-decorate and re-grout tiles as required
• Install insulation in loft spaces and trickle vents in windows
• Replace sealant on windows, doors, and sanitaryware

Ongoing work is available with all materials provided. A van is beneficial for transporting equipment and materials between job sites. If you are a skilled tradesperson looking for a new challenge, please contact us to discuss this opportunity further.
