The Nursing Home will provide exceptional care in Great Yarmouth, and will be a specialist care service caring for people who require nursing, residential and dementia care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a successful team and provide exceptional care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual needs
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a high standard of care
  • Network with the local community and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Provide evidence of leadership skills and ability to run a successful care service

Requirements:

  • Nurse qualified (RGN, RMN) with up to date Clinical Skills
  • Significant experience and knowledge in the field of dementia care
  • Previous Home Manager experience
  • Hands-on leadership approach and ability to lead a team
  • Completed Registered Managers Award or equivalent
  • Good understanding of CQC Regulations
