Spicerhaart, a leading independent property services group in the UK, is seeking an experienced Training Manager to spearhead its learning and development initiatives.



Job Overview

This role focuses on crafting and delivering cutting-edge training programs for Spicerhaart's Property Managers. The successful candidate will inspire excitement among team members at every career stage, leveraging their expertise to mentor individuals in sales, property management, and customer experience.



Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance performance and ensure procedural compliance.
  • Create and maintain online training modules, documentation, and Operations Manuals, reflecting current company policies and legislative requirements.
  • Support other departments in developing and maintaining operational procedures.
  • Evaluate apprenticeships within the Spicerhaart Vocational Development Programme to foster growth and talent nurturing.
  • Develop training materials that provide learning activities enabling improved knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company procedures, operating systems, key tasks, and legal requirements to develop effective training.
  • Stay abreast of best practices in learning and recommend implementation where suitable.
  • Assist in covering other areas within the team/department and provide cover as needed.
  • Manage allocated training projects, including designing and delivering appropriate solutions within standard, deadline, and cost parameters.
  • Ensure accurate training records are kept and forwarded to relevant management.


Requirements

  • A CIPD qualification in Learning and Development or equivalent business experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a related role within the property industry, preferably property management.
  • Proficiency in creating digital learning resources, using PowerPoint, and ideally experience with supporting apprenticeship programs.
  • Inspirational leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others, bringing out the best in people.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with self-motivation, confidence, and flexibility.
  • Able to work accurately and be well-organized, with a valid UK driving license for a manual car.


What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of £30,000 to £36,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • An annual bonus of up to 10% of salary, based on hitting half-yearly targets.
  • A company car.
  • A hybrid working schedule from 8:30am to 6pm (Monday to Friday).
  • 30 days annual leave per year, including bank holidays.

  • A car allowance, subject to certain company-set criteria and vehicle age restrictions.
