- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training to healthcare clinicians.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure prompt and quality customer service.
- Contribute to product innovation by obtaining insight from healthcare clinicians.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional material.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide valuable insights to the management team.
- Attend industry conferences and events to expand the network and promote products.
- Travel domestically (ground/air) up to 50%.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience required, preferably in the medical/dentistry industry.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to travel around 50% via ground or air required.
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Ability to build and maintain good rapport and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness required.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
