Support Worker - Kings Lynn

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Kings Lynn. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and epilepsy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Encourage independence and participation in community activities
  • Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans to promote positive outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and epilepsy
  • Resilient and composed approach
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including sleep-in shifts
