Job Description: IT Workflow Analyst - Electrical Wholesale

Estimated Salary: £48,000 per year

Our client is a leading global electrical wholesaler seeking an experienced IT Workflow Analyst to join their team in West Yorkshire. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and IT systems, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role:

  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement

  • Use data analysis and modeling to support recommendations and decision-making
  • Ensure alignment between IT solutions and business objectives
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on new processes and systems
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure the ongoing success of process improvements

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or equivalent role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient in process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Knowledge of IT systems and their integration with business operations
  • Experience in the electrical wholesale or retail industry is a plus
