About the Role

The Retail & Admissions team at Wicksteed Park operate across multiple locations, including shops, photography kiosks, an admissions office, and guest information points. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in various aspects of the role, receiving comprehensive in-house training and ongoing support to meet the expected standards. Be prepared for occasional outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales, till operations, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness in gift shops and admissions areas.
  • Assisting with other duties as directed by the management team.

Reports to: Customer Experience Manager

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • A professional appearance and ability to represent Wicksteed Park positively at all times.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Safety-conscious approach.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained in IT systems.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Calmly handling challenging situations while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Prolonged standing throughout the day.

Estimated Salary:

£22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
