Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Equine Veterinary Support Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client interactions, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face conversations
  • Process bookings and maintain accurate records
  • Handle payments and manage cash transactions
  • Work collaboratively with veterinarians and other staff members to provide seamless care

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
