Senior Landscape Architect

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Architect to join their expanding team. As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will play a key role in a variety of projects, ranging from small to large-scale, across Residential, Industrial, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in all aspects of projects within a collaborative team environment
* Conduct Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA)
* Develop detailed designs and layouts
* Produce both hand-drawn and computer-generated sketches
* Create construction details
* Manage client relationships professionally
* Lead projects and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

* Degree in a relevant field
* Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience
* CMLI (Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute) status is highly advantageous but not essential
* Experience with LVIA
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is beneficial
* Skilled in freehand sketching
* Experience in project leadership and supporting junior staff is preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Creative problem-solving abilities
* Full, clean driver's license and own transportation are beneficial
