Marketing Executive

£27,000-£28,000 a year - Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our team at Paragraph Publishing Ltd. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving our trade (B2B) campaigns, selling tickets to our international dinners and trade events, and assisting in ad-hoc B2B marketing support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate drinks entries campaigns, winner announcements, and trade dinner events across email, social media channels, PR, printed literature, and our website.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and manage paid campaigns (social, PPC, SEM) where appropriate.
  • Produce merchandise to support brand awareness within events.
  • Ensure the creative aspects of the campaign are in line with brand guidelines.

Campaign Management

  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
  • Track marketing spend on each channel and campaign, as agreed by the Marketing Manager.

Events

  • Attend industry and company events to promote and support our brands.
  • Work with the content team to collect content at events: from interview testimonials on camera to b-roll on the phone for Instagram stories and reels use on the night.
  • Coordinate booking of photographers and videographers for events.
  • Be comfortable conducting interviews when required.

Data Management

  • Ensure B2B data is GDPR compliant, assisting the Marketing Manager in data management tasks.
  • Contribute to name generation targets for marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of international data segmentation for targeted email marketing.

Reporting

  • Confidently produce high-quality campaign reports on a weekly and monthly basis, including Google Analytics, email, and social media stats.
  • Utilise the assigned budget effectively and maintain up-to-date financial reports to support the Marketing Manager's overall reporting.

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
